Nemesis design

Whilst silhouetting Nemesis, I took some advice from Marc Brunet in his game character concept series on YouTube, and created a back story for my design as I created it.

As I began silhouetting, I thought to myself a story about the Greek pantheon, set in the future, where the gods were raging war. During this war, Hephaestus, the smith of the gods, forged new tech for the gods, not only making weapons and armour, but upgrading the gods very physiology with his creations. Nemesis, being the goddess of divine retribution was upgraded with tech to increase her speed and mobility, her sword arm replaced with a weapon, literally giving her a sword arm. Her legs upgraded to allow fast movement speed and power. He also gave crafted her a jet pack style accelerator, crafted from her very own sands of time, to allow her to slow down time for herself, essentially making her move at extreme speeds.

The speeds I wanted her to move at are similar to how Faora-Ul fights in this scene from Man of Steel.
