The Bad Guys

In our game, we kept to the Hindu influences on the game and tried to keep true to that with out antagonists. We found Vinayakas, four demons who caused difficulty and obstacles in Hindu stories. We thought that these demons would translate well into our story and the fit well into what had already been written.

I decided to do some quick ideas for what some demons could look like before handing them to Joe (blog linked below*), who lead the design of the demons.

We couldn't find any Hindu imagery of the Vinayakas, but we did find imagery of the Vinayaka, which is a form that all 4 demons take when they merge into one, which was a large 4 armed elephant person. I did my quick designs based off of the images I found of the Vinayaka.
