After importing my Maya scene into UDK, I recorded the footage to show the differences between the model and game engine rendering of the same scene. This has been done by using the play game tool in UDK which opens up your wold in it's own window, running the world in the game engine and, with the right options and coding, allows you to create a game.

UDK walk around.
After importing my Maya scene into UDK, I recorded the footage to show the differences between the model and game engine rendering of the same scene. This has been done by using the play game tool in UDK which opens up your wold in it's own window, running the world in the game engine and, with the right options and coding, allows you to create a game.
This short video is purely to show how the model and textures appear in the game engine. Sadly, the quality of the video is hindered by youtube video quality. For those who are curious, the sign reads "To Love Thine Neighbour, You Must Love Thine Self" and on the reverse it says "To Love Thine Self, You Must Love The Prophet". This is a reference to Bioshock Infinite, which heavily inspired my choices in creating the scene.
