Source Footage.

Whilst I was home Over the Christmas holiday, I was able to gather some source footage from the athletes at Grantham Athletics Club in Lincolnshire. With the permission of the athletes involved, I was able to video various angles of running, walking and idle movements, as well as some more complex movements such as running and walking up and down stairs. The following video is a montage of the footage I was able to capture. (some of the video quality is poor/blurry because of the time of evening and floodlights, the music is just to make the 3 minutes of footage more entertaining for those who participated in the video)
